Cattle Tongue Plant

The Cattle Tongue Plant (Gasteria pillansii) is a must have for your succulent collection.

A rare exotic cousin to aloe, the gasteria favors bright light but not direct sunlight. Soil should allow for good drainage. Allow the soil to dry out between waterings. Keep night temperatures no lower than 50s (F). During warmer weather, the leaves become a bright green whereas in cooler weather, they are muted. Over time your plant will produce offsets, providing you with multiple plants!
