The classic blend of lemon and ginger is said to help boost the immune system, detox the body and assist in burning fat. We just like it because it tastes good!

Traditionally known as “shrubs”, McClary Bros. special vinegars are handcrafted with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Use in cocktails, sodas, salad dressings and marinades. We like to use a teaspoon in our glass of water for a great detox after we overindulge.

A portion of the proceeds of McClary Bros. vinegars is donated to FoodLab Detroit, a diverse community of food businesses and allies working to make good food a sustainable reality for all Detroiters.
